Although many processes at Kaeser were already digitalized, the capture of nameplate information remained an analog step for a long time within an otherwise fully digital workflow. The manual media break between the physical object and the digital data world prevented end-to-end process automation—especially when recording large installed bases.

As a result, product data is found in seconds and automatically linked with the corresponding documentation or inventory data.
